We only log technical delivery metadata (to debug potential errors). Your messages reside solely within Telegram and the connected platforms (e.g., WhatsApp), ensuring your data remains private and under your control.

Can I use Omnigram for mass messaging or broadcasting?

We strongly advise against using Omnigram for bulk marketing or mass messaging. The system is designed for conversational support and sales. Mass broadcasting often violates the Terms of Service of platforms like WhatsApp and Instagram, which puts your accounts at high risk of being banned by those providers.
